Thank you for joining us on this wonderful day celebrating love and spending time with friends & family.

Per our typical fashion, we are doing things differently!  This day is about celebrating with the people we love in our version of the perfect wedding - nothing fancy, just love. We hope to see you on July 31, 2025.

As the venue has limited space, we have had to keep the invites tight.  Immediate and extended family and a few close friends have been invited.  Although many others have touched our lives, we could not invite everyone, and if you got this invite, you would be one of those extra special people.

In lieu of gifts, may we suggest a donation

We have been blessed and are living a comfortable life.  Your presence at our wedding is the only thing we need!

We do, however, have a dream to build legacies that live on past our lifetime, and as such, if you are feeling generous, we would love for your gift to be a donation to one of our legacy funds (and you get a tax receipt). Sustainable charitable giving and lasting impact in our communities is at the core of our values.

And if you want to celebrate uniquely, we would be happy to accept an extra set of hands to help finish our forever house over the next few months!

With love, Adam & Jamie

Celebration of the last four years

Fun Fact #1:  Jamie and Adam worked together 23 years ago (2002) in high school.  Adam would drive in from Lumsden almost every weekend and work three shifts for a couple of years at the North Albert Petro Canada.   About a year into his employment at the gas station, this remarkable woman who wore these intense short shorts came into his life.  It was the first time they got to know each other.  Adam and Jamie had other relationships, and he thought she was way older and out of his league.  She went one way and had a life in Ontario, raising a stepson, Hunter, and Adam, who had two wonderful children and built a life in Regina.

Fun Fact #2:  Adam wanted to renew his mortgage at the end of 2020.  He was looking to move his mortgage to Conexus Credit Union as he was recently elected to their board.  However, the TD call centre representative asked if they could have one final shot at keeping his business when Adam had requested a payout statement.  He initially said no, but the call centre rep was persistent and eventually agreed.  In the next few days, a young mortgage specialist reached out; low and behold, the wonderful Jamie Whitteker had moved back to Regina a year prior.  She broke the Covid rules and agreed to meet in person at the Harbour Landing Starbucks.  Long story short, they began a relationship within a short amount of time, and four years later, Adam finally asked her to get married.

Fun Fact #3:  Adam asked Jamie to marry him in the same parking lot they met at... at the North Albert Petro Canada.  He wanted to do it in the car wash, but the manager declined his request to shut it down for a few minutes, so the parking lot was his second-best idea.

Fun Fact #4:  Jamie had a slow introduction to the children (about a year) as Korbyn and Kynlee were having a tough time with life, and we wanted to be 100% sure.  It has been amazing with Jamie moving in and combining homes in October of 2023, and now Kynlee regularly expresses her desire to live with Jamie forever, LOL. So cute.
